CCR produce a diverse range of cold rolled rings in all grades of alloys, carbon steels, stainless steels, aluminium and titanium. Our roll forming and circling methods compare favourably with more expensive techniques such as pressing and spinning.
We can work with material thicknesses ranging from 0.25mm up to 3mm and up to a strip width of 250mm. The diameter of rings ranges from 100mm upwards.
CCR can offer spot welding allowing us to give you a finished product together with a process called expanding, which ensures an accurate diameter to a finished ring.
